Privacy Policy
The “Arsimi” association collects personal data that is necessary for fulfilling its purpose and the associated tasks. Both are outlined in the association’s statutes.
This includes collecting data for membership, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, via online forms, email, phone messages, postal mail, and other methods. Additionally, personal data is collected for fundraising and donations.
The disclosure of member data within the association only occurs when it is related to an association activity, e.g., for contact purposes to prepare an event.
The disclosure of member data to third parties occurs to fulfil the association’s purpose. This includes the use of newsletter services, online forms, and operating a website. Affected individuals are informed about this.
No particularly sensitive data within the meaning of the Data Protection Act (such as ethnicity, religion, health, etc.) is collected or managed. Data is retained only as long as it serves the purpose of the association. In the case of leaving the association, data is kept for a maximum of one year.
The processing of member data is otherwise carried out in accordance with the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation. The board is responsible for ensuring the secure handling of data. Questions and concerns about data protection can be directed to the association’s address.
